Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During holidays or peak gifting seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within select areas of New York City.

Whenever possible, local deliveries can be scheduled for your preferred delivery date. If you have a specific delivery request, please leave a note at checkout or contact us before placing your order.

Gift Orders

Sending your gift directly to someone special? We've got you covered.

No pricing or invoices are included inside our gift boxes. Every order is beautifully packaged and gift-ready, with the option to include a complimentary personalized message.

Delivery Delays

While we carefully prepare every order, delivery times are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier. Flor & Ash is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

flor & ash is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
